Nadar Is Running!!!!!!!! It's On Now!

Just when you think the presidential race can't get any crazier, Ralph Nadar comes along and turns the party into a "bonafide fiesta throw down."

He announced on "Meet the Press" this morning that he's running for president...again. It looked like it was gonna be Obama and McCain, which I believe would inevitably give us our first black president...unless something crazy went down.

I don't think that Nadar running is going to do as much damage this time as it did to Gore and Kerry in the previous elections.

but....

the question is...does Mayor Bloomberg think that Nadar will do enough damage to Obama? If he does, that may encourage Bloomberg to run as an independent. Then, things could get CRAZY! Tough call. That would be awesome.

I voted for Nadar in 2000. I would've voted for him in 2004, but he said that he also would've gone in to Iraq... but of course he would have done it better and faster, just like some of the democrats were starting to say. Things were going down hill at that point, but opposition(s) to the Bush administration hadn't latched onto the "Bush lied" drum circle yet. There was no consensus on WMD's at the time.

I love it when pundits ask Nadar if he's worried about taking votes from Democrats. His reply is always the same.
"What are you talking about? They aren't worried about taking votes from me!"
