This Whole Race Thing Is....

...getting out of hand.

Obama made a good speech the other day. I was sick at home, so I got to see the whole thing. But at one point, he said something like, "race is an issue we can't afford to ignore anymore..." I'm paraphrasing...but I thought that's what we were suppose to do...Race is SUPPOSED to be ignored, right?

In the past 50 years, racism has gone from a fact of life, to totally unacceptable. Obama's strong presidential candidacy is proof of that.

Actually, this is politically incorrect, but I think we’re at a point where most Americans DON'T need to talk about race. Yes, there are isolated incidents, but in general, America has moved on. Unfortunately, the democrats haven’t. Conservative talking heads always said the democratic party NEEDS race to be an issue. I used to think they were full of crap until the recent events.
