This is the old Weston State Hospital. An article is out about how it's under new ownership and they're changing the name of it back to the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum.
I heard that "Ghosthunters" has been there this week shooting.
I took a tour of this place once in the daylight. Creeeeeepy. I would not have liked to be a patient there. They do ghost tours. When you first walk in, they got mostly pictures of "orbs." I don't know if I buy the whole "orb" thing, but the history of the place alone is enough to send chills up your spine.

Creepy cool name but probably politically incorrect now-a-days. Of course if you want to stick to historical accuracy the name change is a must. However disturbing as some may find it.
To this day I think thats still the largest hand cut stone building in the country.
